5 year check up (9 months late)

Here it is: the 5 year, 9 month check up!

(Dr. Seru has had a family illness take her out of the office a lot - this means that it's hard to book her. This means that between her availability and my distractability, this checkup was 9 months late)

Height - 45 inches (The child's percentile is 84.1, i.e., her height is a little bit bigger than the height of most of the children her age.)
