1. Hugging and kissing my children: When Hero wakes up singing and then flings herself into my arms and kisses me and tells me that she loves me over and over. When Tethys holds me to her tightly and rubs her face against mine while she says, "my mama, my mama, my mama".

2. When Nick and I share a private moment in a crowded room by virtue of knowing each other so well. (Mr. Collins' wave)

3. My parents moving to Seattle in 2 weeks.

4. Sitting across from Edie and Lola in a coffee shop, writing and talking and laughing and sharing.

5. Moments of communion and respect with my theatre colleagues where I am one among equals.
